Warranty claim
Selected SCHNEX power tools carry up to two years of professional warranty against manufacturing defects. Consumables are covered for materials and workmanship at the point of supply. Wear parts, misuse, overload and unauthorised repair are excluded. Full terms sit in the legal warranty policy.
Before you submit
Have the product code, serial from the rating plate, purchase date and seller name ready. Attach a clear invoice or delivery note.
Describe the duty the tool was performing when the fault appeared. A SCHNEX engineer will reply with inspection, repair or replacement next steps.
